Everything we sell is a digital course. There is nothing to ship — "delivery" here means access to your course being switched on.
Access to the course you paid for, inside your student panel on this website. That includes the live class, video lessons, any written material and downloadable files, the tasks, the questions and answers, and the leaderboard for that course. There is no physical product and no shipping charge.
When you pay through our online payment gateway, access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within a few minutes. When you pay by manual bank or mobile transfer, a person checks the transaction reference you gave us against the receiving account. This normally happens within 24 hours, and within 48 hours at the latest during weekends and public holidays.
We email you at the address on your account when your access opens. You can also see the status at any time by signing in — a course that is still being checked shows as pending, and one that is open appears in your course switcher.
Course access does not expire. Once a course is open on your account it stays open, including if the course later leaves our catalogue.
If your access has not opened within 48 hours of paying, contact us with your transaction reference using the details in the footer and we will resolve it. If we cannot confirm your payment, we will tell you why and refund anything we did receive.
