These terms govern your use of this website and the courses sold on it. By creating an account or enrolling, you agree to them.
2. Accounts
You need an account to access a course. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. One account is for one person. Accounts found in use by several people at once may have access suspended — our video player records the account and network each viewing comes from for this purpose.
3. Enrolment and payment
Prices are shown on each course page in Bangladeshi Taka and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Enrolment is complete only when we have confirmed your payment. Until then your request sits as pending and grants no access. See the Delivery Policy for how long confirmation takes.
4. What your enrolment gives you
A personal, non-transferable licence to view the course you paid for, for as long as we operate the course. It does not transfer ownership of any material. You may not record, download, re-upload, resell or share course videos or materials. Every video is watermarked with the account watching it, so a leaked recording can be traced to the account it came from.
5. Community conduct
Course discussions, task submissions and the leaderboard are shared spaces. Do not post abusive, unlawful or off-topic content, and do not submit work that is not yours. We may remove content, remove a student from the leaderboard, or suspend access for breaches of this section.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Our content
All course videos, written material, project files and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright.
8. Availability
We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Courses may be updated, restructured or retired; where a course is retired, students who already hold it keep their access.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, in particular the sharing and recording rules in sections 2 and 4. Where a breach is deliberate, no refund is due. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Liability
We sell education, not an income guarantee. Nothing on this site is a promise of employment, client work or earnings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
